Moose Hollow Ranch Bed and Breakfast

Pets - Moose Hollow is 'Pet Friendly' and has critters meandering around the farm outside for your viewing pleasure along with  Mocha (Mo-Mo), Peeka Poo, felines within the lodge.  Please check with Hostess on rules and guidelines for bringing a pet.  Deposit is required of $25.00, non refundable. All pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be on the beds or furniture of the lodge at any time while staying with us.   Pets must not howl for hours at a time and must be in a kennel if you leave them that is appropriate for the care and safety of the pet.  If you have allergies of any kind you are responsible to inform us and ask any questions you need answered before booking. We will generally discourage you from booking with us if you have severe allergies.  If  you book with us, you will not be refunded should you have to leave the lodge due to the allergies.

CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING

Due to the increased number of fraudulent credit cards, and bad checks, Moose Hollow can no longer accept personal checks, and will pre-approve all credit card information given after received.  If information is incorrect, customer will be contacted and rooms will not be held until correct and valid information is received and verified.  Sorry we cannot invoice.

Advance Reservations [2-weeks or more]  have up to 7 days before arrival to cancel w/o charge.  Rooms reserved w/less than 7 days up to 4 days, will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee, per night - if a cancellation occurs.  Reservations booked or cancelled with 3 days or less will be charged full rate, no exceptions due to inability to rebook, card will be pre-authorized at the time reservation is made!  Your credit card guarantee of payment is for us to reserve a room and have the room available for you.  Any additional services are only when you arrive and stay with us and are complimentary not pre-paid for.    Full Lodge bookings must be paid for within thirty days of arrival with a no cancellation policy within three weeks of arrival.

Your credit card guarantees payment to Moose Hollow Ranch for reserving the rooms for you and is considered a verbal phone sale for the reservation and all nights reserved.

You  will have received a clean, comfortable room and we ask that you take care of the room.  If when you leave, the room is left in poor condition, soiled carpets, stains, negligible damage of any kind, you will be charged a $75.00 cleaning fee per room, to restore the room in the condition you received it in  i.e., wine, grape juices, colored fruit juices, food, soiled carpets from spills, tracking etc.  We understand minor accidents, but we must be told. 

When Booking the Full Lodge Ammenities - available, there will be a cleaning deposit of $250.00 required.  If when you leave the lodge after your stay, you do not do a walk around with the hostess confirming the cleanliness of the lodge (leaving the lodge in the same condition you received it i.e., floors swept, carpets vacuumed, all glass windows and doors marked, cleaned, stains cleaned up (if any in the carpets), excess garbage taken down to the garbage container, no damage to bedding coverlets), picking up of all trash around the lodge i.e., cans, etc, and disposing of excessive trash off premises.

Because Moose Hollow Ranch B&B, wants to maintain the serenity and peaceful environment of the nature surrounding them….we will ask that you work with us in meeting this goal. Management Reserves the 'Right 'To Refuse Service and remove anyone disregarding the rules of Moose Hollow!  If you BYOB you do so at your own risk and liability and you are responsible for your behavior and the behavior of your guests. All alcohol must be kept either in your rooms or enjoyed privately on your deck areas. No Open Bars allowed. All pre-arranged accommodations if changed, last minute, are subject to increase in amount quoted such as use of additional facilities not pre-arranged, extra people, etc.  Foul inappropriate language and disrespect for any other guests or outlying neighbors of Moose Hollow will not be tolerated and you will be asked to stop the behavior or leave whether or not you have been drinking and your behavior gets out of hand, without refund.

*If it becomes necessary to place the account with a collection agency, the party or parties reserving and guaranteeing the reservation made will be liable for all costs incurred for such services. This includes collections fees, charges; attorney fees, all court costs plus 18% interest pre and post judgment.
